The New York Post is reporting that John Calipari will likely be approached about the New York Knicks GM job. I think because of how high profile John Calipari had made himself, every open NBA job will have his name tied to it. I do not believe that Coach Cal would leave, at least not this soon. He is very close to winning his NCAA championship title that he has longed for, and I don't think he will give that up at this time. Now, fast forward a couple years and a couple of titles, then the story may change. Until then, Coach Calipari is a Wildcat and will be playing for banner # 8 this upcoming basketball season.
