Kentucky steps up in the second half, defeats Penn 86-62

After an onslaught of 3's by Penn, led by a masked man, Kentucky holds off the Quakers to win big time. The Wildcats were in danger territory early.  I am proud of how the Kentucky Wildcats stayed poised, buckled down and took over in the second half.  This is a really good sign for the young squad.  The game very much reminded me of how West Virgina played in the NCAA tournament last year. If you can remember, WVU had the Wildcats flustered by hitting all those three's in the first half.  Unlike last years squad, this edition of the Kentucky Wildcats did not waver, instead played tighter defensive and started knocking down shots their selves Overall, it was a great performance.  Next up is Georgia. Go Big Blue.
