With the impending NBA lockout, many college fans and media have speculated that the new NBA Collective Bargaining agreement would put an end to the "One and Done" rule. The NCAA would love the NBA to move the rule to a new age limit and a 2 year college requirement. The LATimes have an article this morning that is putting a huge damper on the hopes that the rule will change. In the article, they write to not put your hopes in a change to the "One and Done" rule, as it is not likely to happen.
